What has Alexandria Ocasio Cortez been up the past 2 months.

Seems not much media presence and seem like she has been working to improve her 14th district.

Working on legislation that works with immigration to fight for the people who have been here for years like those who worked the 9/11 clean up. Great to see a Democrat working for the residents who have been here and putting the whole use of her office to write laws for those residents and not a Democrat that tries to get Amnesty for gangbanger.

• ​She has been involved in discussions about politician security and has rescheduled a rally in North Carolina following the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
• ​The House Ethics Committee has told her to pay more for her Met Gala attendance, finding that she did not make timely reimbursements for the event's expense total $2984

• ​She has been working on a bill The Healthy Start Reauthorization Act Of 2025 with representative Nicole Malliotakis. One Step Closer for funding into 2030.

• ​She has reintroduced legislation The 9/11 Immigrant worker freedom act along with 2 other Representatives that provide a pathway to citizenship for undocumented workers who helped with the cleanup at Ground Zero. 

• ​She attended the opening of a new food hub in the South Bronx, for which she helped secure funding.

• ​She has been a vocal critic of a recent bill that makes cuts to various programs and provides tax cuts.

So, I always said Alexandria Ortega Cortez is really a Republican in the making. I can see that she is fighting for people who even though have been here for decades, and some were order out. She is working for people that helped the 9\11 cleanup.

 That renewed energy and centerness is refreshing from the Democrats that keep sling mud.
